Refund Policy

Effective: 01.02.2026

This Refund Policy applies to ticket sales for events organized and/or hosted by SIA Press Play Agency (registration no. 40203703582).

1. General Rule

  1. 1.1. Tickets are non-refundable except in cases expressly described in this Refund Policy, the applicable Terms and Conditions, or mandatory law.
  2. 1.2. By purchasing a ticket, the buyer accepts this Refund Policy.

2. Event Cancellation

  1. 2.1. If an event is canceled, the buyer is entitled to a refund of the ticket face value, unless otherwise required or restricted by law.
  2. 2.2. Refund instructions, including the request deadline and submission method, are communicated through official event channels.
  3. 2.3. Buyers must submit refund requests within the specified deadline. Late requests may be declined.

3. Rescheduled Events

  1. 3.1. If an event is rescheduled, tickets remain valid for the new date.
  2. 3.2. If the buyer cannot attend the new date, a refund may be offered only where announced by the organizer for that event.
  3. 3.3. Any reschedule refund window is limited and must be followed exactly as communicated.

4. Event Changes

  1. 4.1. Changes to lineup, support acts, running order, start times, or other non-essential elements do not automatically qualify for a refund.
  2. 4.2. Material changes may be handled case-by-case by the responsible organizer, in line with applicable law.

5. Force Majeure

  1. 5.1. In cases of force majeure (including government restrictions, public health emergencies, natural disasters, or similar events beyond reasonable control), tickets may remain valid for a new date or be exchangeable for another event.
  2. 5.2. Refunds in force majeure situations are not guaranteed unless required by law or explicitly announced.

6. Non-Refundable Situations

  1. 6.1. No refund is provided for failure to attend an event for personal reasons.
  2. 6.2. No refund is provided for late arrival, refusal of entry due to violation of venue/event rules, or removal for misconduct.
  3. 6.3. Lost, stolen, damaged, duplicated, or tampered tickets are not refundable.

7. Fees and Payment Method

  1. 7.1. Where a refund is approved, it is generally returned to the original payment method.
  2. 7.2. Processing fees, payment provider fees, and other service charges may be non-refundable unless required by law.
  3. 7.3. Refund processing times depend on the payment provider and may take up to 21 business days after approval.

8. Refund Request Procedure

  1. 8.1. To request a refund, the buyer must provide at least: order reference, ticket details, contact information, and reason for the request.
  2. 8.2. Press Play Agency may request additional information needed to verify eligibility.
  3. 8.3. Submission of a request does not guarantee approval.

10. Final Provisions

  1. 10.1. Press Play Agency may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The latest version is published on this website.
  2. 10.2. If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
  3. 10.3. This policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia, with disputes handled in the courts of Riga jurisdiction.
