Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to ticket sales for events organized and/or hosted by SIA Press Play Agency (registration no. 40203703582).
1. General Rule
- 1.1. Tickets are non-refundable except in cases expressly described in this Refund Policy, the applicable Terms and Conditions, or mandatory law.
- 1.2. By purchasing a ticket, the buyer accepts this Refund Policy.
2. Event Cancellation
- 2.1. If an event is canceled, the buyer is entitled to a refund of the ticket face value, unless otherwise required or restricted by law.
- 2.2. Refund instructions, including the request deadline and submission method, are communicated through official event channels.
- 2.3. Buyers must submit refund requests within the specified deadline. Late requests may be declined.
3. Rescheduled Events
- 3.1. If an event is rescheduled, tickets remain valid for the new date.
- 3.2. If the buyer cannot attend the new date, a refund may be offered only where announced by the organizer for that event.
- 3.3. Any reschedule refund window is limited and must be followed exactly as communicated.
4. Event Changes
- 4.1. Changes to lineup, support acts, running order, start times, or other non-essential elements do not automatically qualify for a refund.
- 4.2. Material changes may be handled case-by-case by the responsible organizer, in line with applicable law.
5. Force Majeure
- 5.1. In cases of force majeure (including government restrictions, public health emergencies, natural disasters, or similar events beyond reasonable control), tickets may remain valid for a new date or be exchangeable for another event.
- 5.2. Refunds in force majeure situations are not guaranteed unless required by law or explicitly announced.
6. Non-Refundable Situations
- 6.1. No refund is provided for failure to attend an event for personal reasons.
- 6.2. No refund is provided for late arrival, refusal of entry due to violation of venue/event rules, or removal for misconduct.
- 6.3. Lost, stolen, damaged, duplicated, or tampered tickets are not refundable.
7. Fees and Payment Method
- 7.1. Where a refund is approved, it is generally returned to the original payment method.
- 7.2. Processing fees, payment provider fees, and other service charges may be non-refundable unless required by law.
- 7.3. Refund processing times depend on the payment provider and may take up to 21 business days after approval.
8. Refund Request Procedure
- 8.1. To request a refund, the buyer must provide at least: order reference, ticket details, contact information, and reason for the request.
- 8.2. Press Play Agency may request additional information needed to verify eligibility.
- 8.3. Submission of a request does not guarantee approval.

10. Final Provisions
- 10.1. Press Play Agency may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The latest version is published on this website.
- 10.2. If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
- 10.3. This policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia, with disputes handled in the courts of Riga jurisdiction.
