Terms and Conditions

These General Terms and Conditions apply to ticket sales for events organized and hosted by SIA Press Play Agency (registration no. 40203703582).

1. Definitions

1.1. Special Terms - Additional terms specific to individual events. Special terms override general terms in the event of a conflict.
1.2. Organizer - The entity responsible for organizing and managing the event. This may be Press Play Agency or a third-party promoter.
1.3. Agreement - The combination of general terms, special terms, and any accompanying documents.
1.4. Ticket - A valid printed or electronic document granting access to the event or eligibility for refund if the event is canceled.
1.5. Press Play Agency - SIA Press Play Agency, which may act as the event organizer or host for external organizers.
1.6. Customer / Buyer - A person purchasing a ticket to attend an event hosted by Press Play Agency.
1.7. Event - Any concert, performance, or public gathering organized or hosted by Press Play Agency.

2.1. These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of tickets for events hosted by Press Play Agency, whether organized directly or by a third party.
2.2. Special Terms for individual Events may supplement or override the general terms.

3.1. Press Play Agency may act either as the official event organizer or as the venue/provider for third-party organizers. Responsibility for event execution will be clearly stated in event communications and ticketing information.
3.2. In the event of cancellation or major changes (such as headliner change, date, or venue), the event organizer (whether Press Play Agency or a third-party) is responsible for managing refunds or exchanges.
3.3. If the event is canceled, buyers must contact the responsible organizer to request a refund or ticket exchange. Refunds are not issued automatically.
3.4. In the case of force majeure (for example, government restrictions or natural disasters), tickets remain valid for the rescheduled event or may be exchanged for another event. Refunds are not granted in such cases.

4.1. Buyers are responsible for providing accurate contact information.
4.2. Tickets may not be duplicated, altered, or tampered with. Entry is granted only upon successful validation.
4.3. Tickets are non-refundable except as stated in these Terms or Special Terms. Tickets may be transferred unless otherwise specified.

5.1. When acting as Organizer, Press Play Agency makes reasonable efforts to ensure the Event is conducted as advertised.
5.2. Where acting solely as venue/provider, Press Play Agency is not responsible for event content, lineup, or refunds.
5.3. Press Play Agency provides basic venue services including security, bar access, and facilities in line with event agreements.

6.1. Press Play Agency is not liable for personal arrangements, travel costs, or accommodation expenses.
6.2. If the event is canceled, the responsible organizer's liability is limited to the refund of the ticket price (where applicable).
6.3. Press Play Agency is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

7.1. Neither party is liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond its control. This includes but is not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, public health emergencies, or other unforeseeable events.
7.2. In such cases, tickets remain valid for a new date or may be exchanged for another event. Refunds are not issued.

8.1. Press Play Agency reserves the right to amend these terms with prior notice published on this website.
8.2. If any provision is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions remain enforceable.
8.3. Disputes are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia and resolved in the courts of Riga jurisdiction.
